We'll do a thorough intake that includes your health history, current medication and supplementation status, and desired goals. You'll get 2-3 immediate actions steps at your intake. And you'll have homework! I'll ask you for a 5-day FOOD & MOOD DIARY.You'll receive a personalized wellness plan that will include some or all of the following, depending on your unique needs: Sample meal plan, recipes, shopping lists, supplement recommendations, informative handouts, testing suggestions and analysis, yoga sequences, meditation & breathwork, food relationship counseling.
During subsequent appointments, we'll check in, assess challenges, make additions or changes to your plan, and celebrate successes! You will have unlimited email support during this entire period. Lasting, sustainable change takes time, and I will be there for you every step of the way.
